General shipping considerations
- Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Courier companies do not make deliveries or collected on Saturdays and Sundays, nor national, regional or local holidays.
- Delivery deadlines stated are for guidance only. Weather conditions or special seasons of year such us Christmas could delay our shipments.
- Preparation for deliveries takes place during 1 or 2 working days. This does not apply to custom orders, in that cases we will inform customers about the duration of the preparation.

- Take in account that international shipments outside the European Union, could have some duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. We cannot control or predict these charges, is our client responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance.
- After formalizing the payment you will receive an electronic mail confirming acceptance of the order. Once the payment has been confirmed and the order has been managed, you will receive a second electronic mail with a receipt and a track order if the Courier company provide it.
- If the delivery were delayed for any reason, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.
Refunds and changes
- You have 14 days from reception of the item to make use of your right to cancel and be able to return the article that you have purchased (except custom orders).
- We will not make any change or not accept the return of any products if the item has been used or has undergone some damage or is not in its original packaging, for which reason we request you to be careful with the product until you process its return.
- In these cases, the Client must pay the direct cost of returning the article. We only assume this cost due to a faulty product or wrong product delivery.
